CVRAN is seeking a Direct Services Coordinator who supports our organization’s day-to-day ability to welcome and care for refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers, and migrant workers in Central Vermont. This key operational role will oversee client services, support volunteer teams, and work with the Executive Director and Board to ensure CVRAN’s mission is fulfilled. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the option to serve also as Volunteer Coordinator for additional hours. The position is hourly, $27-30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Work will be hybrid online and in person, so must reside locally.
