March Arts Marathon Participant: Eva Schectman
Mission: I plan to share drawings from various media and photographs. I may also revisit/share older works of mixed media, as the spirit moves me. Six days each week in March. What fun!
Message: The March Arts Marathon has long been the backbone of CVRAN fundraising and I feel honored to be a participant. Sponsors like you will be assisting with housing, living expenses, and legal fees for asylum seeker and refugee families as they come to Central Vermont.
The March Arts Marathon is a community effort. For six days each week in March poets, writers, painters, photographers, fabric artists, collage and multimedia artists will each send a copy of their daily work to friends and family. And friends and family will donate to support this work. Together we will be helping to welcome new Americans, who in turn will add immeasurably to our own communities. Thank you for being part of this community!
