March Arts Marathon Participant: Team: Pam Walker, Amy Ehrlich, Cora Hirschfeld
Mission: Watercolors, drawings, collages, photographs, essays, and poems
The artists will each do 10 days in this order: Pam, Amy, Cora.
Message: We’re going to have fun and do wonderful work. And in this perilous time, we are excited to contribute in a small way to the needs of others. We hope you’ll join us.
The March Arts Marathon has long been the backbone of CVRAN fundraising. Sponsors like you will be assisting with housing, living expenses, and legal fees for asylum seeker and refugee families as they settle in Central Vermont.
The March Arts Marathon is a community effort. For six days each week in March poets, writers, painters, photographers, fabric artists, collage and multimedia artists will each send a copy of their daily work to friends and family. And friends and family will donate to support this work. Together we will be helping to welcome new Americans, who in turn will add immeasurably to our own communities.
