March Arts Marathon Participant: Team: Witte – Severin (Ruth Witte, Freya Severin, Sonja Severin, Winona Witte)
Mission: To put love and beauty forward in the path of cruelty by our government, as our generations remain united standing up for what is right and good in this world.
Message: Ruth Witte and her grand daughters are teaming up to support CVRAN.
The March Arts Marathon has long been the backbone of CVRAN fundraising. Sponsors like you will be assisting with housing, living expenses, and legal fees for asylum seeker and refugee families as they come to Central Vermont.
The March Arts Marathon is a community effort. For six days each week in March poets, writers, painters, photographers, fabric artists, collage and multimedia artists will each send a copy of their daily work to friends and family. And friends and family will donate to support this work. Together we will be helping to welcome new Americans, who in turn will add immeasurably to our own communities.
