Meet CVRAN’s Co-Coordinator of Direct Services
My name is AnnaRose Jenisch, and I moved to Montpelier in 2013 where I have worked to support and advocate for people with disabilities at The New School of Montpelier, Vermont Center for Independent Living, and as a Shared Living Provider with Upper Valley Services.
For the past two and a half years I have volunteered with Afghan families living in Montpelier. This experience has been tremendously meaningful, both from the relationships built with families and volunteers and in continuing the thread in my life of being of service to others.
I am thrilled and grateful to be chosen as the Co-Coordinator of Direct Services for CVRAN. I look forward to working with new members of our community as they build their lives in Central Vermont, and with the volunteers who give their time, resources, and love to welcome and support refugees and asylum seekers.
When I’m not working with people I’m busy taking care of my rescue dogs, birds, and rabbits, walking in the woods, and finding art everywhere.
